Congrats to the Shapleigh CyberSharks who advanced to the playoffs final 8 for the first time in the programs history. What a great showing! I’m so happy Oliver loves this program so much! What a fun stepping stone for his future!
Kousuke our Japanese exchange student
Kittery schools have a pretty amazing exchange program with a small town in Japan. We were happy to host Kousuke Nishizuke for a quick 3 night visit right after the holidays. He was friendly and the entire experience was lovely. We hope one day for Oliver or Vera to visit Rokunohe Japan and stay with Kousuke and his family. Experiences like this teach us how similar we are around the world. Celebrating kindness and togetherness fills me with joy and love. What a great experience to share with our community.
